Owner pay
If your practice is an S-corp, the IRS expects a reasonable salary before any distributions — and can reclassify draws as wages if it isn’t there. We keep payroll and the books lined up so your pay is defensible and documented.
Retirement
A solo 401(k) lets you defer up to $24,500 in 2026, and a SEP or solo 401(k) can hold up to $72,000 in all — but the elections and deposits have to land by the right deadlines. We track what’s gone in so nothing is left on the table.
